To benefit from an additional educational exemption program from 2023, depending on the program of studies and regions, the reconstruction project, Quebec Canada:
An exception from extra educational expenses will be conceded, successful in September 2023, to unfamiliar understudies signed up for a school or college foundation situated external the region of the Communauté métropolitaine de Montréal. They should take a program of concentrates in French in the business areas recognized as needs by the Gouvernement du Québec, that is:
- I.T (Information Technology).
-pi Engineering.
- Health and social services.
- education.
- Educational and childcare services.

Because of this exception, the unfamiliar understudies who meet the models will pay a similar educational expenses as Québec understudies. This action will produce results in the fall 2023 meeting.
*States of qualification:
To be qualified, you should meet the accompanying circumstances:
- be an unfamiliar understudy enrolled in a school or college establishment.
- be enrolled full time in a program of concentrates in French connected with one of the fields recognized as needs by the Gouvernement du Québec;
